&Co Coffee is a grab-and-go kiosk concept created as a spin-off from the &Company brand. Designed for speed, consistency, and hospitality-grade service, the brand brings quality coffee to high-footfall locations within office and flexible workspace environments. Coot was brought in to distill the essence of &Company into a standalone format - built to operate independently while staying connected to the parent brand.

The Challenge

The brief was to develop a distinct, fast-service coffee brand that felt premium, familiar, and efficient - while still aligning with the tone and quality of it's parent company, &Company. It needed to be lean enough to scale, yet strong enough to stand alone in buildings where &Company didn’t exist.

What We Did

Coot shaped &Co Coffee to be bold, simple, and built for high visibility:

  • Sub-brand identity and visual language
  • Refined naming system to link back to &Company while standing apart
  • Logo and type system optimised for small formats and signage
  • Messaging across cups, menus, digital ordering, and signage
  • Packaging, labels, and takeaway assets
  • Branded materials for franchise-style expansion or licensing
  • Interior and exterior signage concepts for kiosk integration

The Result

&Co Coffee launched as a seamless extension of the &Company experience - providing quality coffee, branded consistency, and a flexible F&B model that works in lobbies, entrances, or smaller spaces. With strong visual clarity and a lean operational footprint, it was positioned to support multiple workspace formats without diluting the parent brand.
